It's like it's simply not updating the repository, but when I click refresh it claims that it is, I don't see any indication of any failure to update. I don't know why CKAN isn't seeing this updated version (or of any of the other mods). This does seem to be the version that Addon Version Checker is telling me about. I can also see that in the CKAN-meta repository there is this file:, which contains "version": "1:2.1.10.18". This seems to correspond to this file in the CKAN-meta repository: Īddon Version Checker tells me that ClickThroughBlocker has version 2.1.10.18 available. I dug into one case further, the ClickthroughBlocker mod:ĬKAN reports the latest available version is 0.1.10.17 (which the versions tab lists as 1:0.1.10.17 - I don't know what the 1: prefix means or why it's shown differently in the actual metadata file and the versions tab than it is in the main GUI). However, on starting up KSP, the Addon Version Checker reports that updates are available for several mods. Have you made any manual changes to your GameData folder (i.e., not via CKAN)?įirst time playing KSP in some months, I opened CKAN to check whether there were any mod updates. CKAN Version: 1.31.2, and probably previous versions based on how long ago the latest successful refresh was.Yeah I do use far and never got to explore its many tools! Tks for the advice. I was hands-off the stick from after take off until the time came to approach and land, not counting the middle where I reached the objective and had to fly around manually a bit. So I can set it to hold 0.25° (for example) and the aircraft kept pace with the changing heading. it's accurate to hold a roll to a hundredth of a degree (at least). But you can open the FAR settings for the stability controls and set the desired amount of roll/pitch/yaw you want. So just saying "hold wings level at 0 degrees roll" will drift me off course. Due to the rotating planet that heading changes over the course of the flight by a tenth of a degree every minute or so depending on which way I'm flying. WM gives me a Great Circle heading to a destination. On a recent flight of 1203km I was able to use the Roll stabilizer as an autopilot in conjunction with Waypoint Manager. If you use FAR, that has all the tools you need as well. I imagine AFBW could feature something similar (equal): you press a button, and it tries to keep straight. Its a great feature of AA, I use it and nothing else from that mod (for cruising, I prefer pilot helper). Have options for the action groups to be toggle-able. Mainly because of there is no way of seeing the input like on attitude. IVA Focus Window: Far as I can tell does nothing, but IDK what it should do ( recenter would be a good idea to have as VR roles out)Īll work but the Wheel Trim(s) are hard to use. Physics TimeWarp+ = only works if physics time warp is already started Pitch Trim- : Pegs the input to the bottom right awayĮVA AutoRun : displays "AutoRun: On/Off" but does not run. Pitch Trim+ : Pegs the input to the top right away Note AGExt is installed too afbw 1.8.0.1 5/27/18 AM I test the buttons and axis and had this input. I have seen new members searching and finding this mod but ending up frustrated that it's been orphaned. Thanks for adopting this and all you do for the KSP community. Report bugs in GitHub's issue tracker or as a reply to this post. Copy the contents of the archive inside KSP's root folder. Install SDL2 using your distro's package manager ( libSDL2 - 2. Please note that XInputInterface.dll and SDL2.dll must be in the same folder as the KSP executable and not in GameData.Ģ. You should see the game controller icon during flight mode.ģ. Download the latest mod archive from SpaceDockĢ. Click the game controller icon or press Shift + L during flight to bring up AFBW's main configuration screen.Īfter setting up your controller you should save your game (by using quick-save or exiting to space center), which will automatically save your controller configuration as well.ġ. The mod adds a new button to the mod toolbar.
